Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of GoDesine's website, client area and services.

Services

Project scope, deliverables and timelines are defined in individual proposals or statements of work. Hosting and VPS services are provided on a subscription basis as described on our pricing page.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

Payments

Invoices are due by the date shown. Services may be suspended for invoices more than 14 days overdue. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from the client area.

Acceptable use

You may not use our hosting to distribute malware, send unsolicited email, infringe intellectual property or engage in illegal activity. We may suspend services that put our infrastructure or other customers at risk.

Intellectual property

On full payment, clients own the custom code and designs created for them. We retain ownership of pre-existing tools and libraries, licensed to you for use in the project.

Service levels

Uptime commitments and credits are defined in each plan. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service in the preceding three months.
