The challenge

Atlas Freight came to us with a familiar problem: a product that had grown faster than its foundations. Pages were slow, releases were risky and every new feature took longer than the last. Customers noticed — and so did the competition.

Our approach

We started with a two-week discovery: stakeholder interviews, analytics deep-dives and a full technical audit covering performance, security and code quality. That gave us a shared, prioritised roadmap and a clear definition of success.

  • Design system first. A token-based component library in Figma and code, so every screen is consistent and accessible.
  • Modern architecture. Node.js, Next.js, Prisma, MariaDB, Docker — typed end-to-end and deployed through automated CI/CD pipelines.
  • Security by default. Hardened servers, least-privilege access, encrypted backups and continuous monitoring.
  • Ship in slices. Two-week sprints with preview deployments, so the team saw real progress every week.

The outcome

The new platform launched on schedule with zero downtime. Within the first quarter Atlas Freight saw measurable improvements across every metric we agreed on up front — and the in-house team now ships features several times faster.

“GoDesine didn’t just deliver software — they changed how our whole team thinks about quality.”

What’s next

We continue to partner with Atlas Freight on a Care Growth plan: monthly releases, performance monitoring and quarterly UX reviews.
